The conversation has been lower and steadier since, rising briefly whenever another platform changes its content rules.

Most of this theme's posts come from a few communities — r/replika 59.1%, r/SoulmateAI 9.1%, r/CharacterAI 8.4%, r/NomiAI 6.3%, r/Paradot 4% — so this line is a close reading of those rooms, not an even sweep across Reddit.
